Nice stay with comfy vibes

We just stayed for 2 nights in a King room. The bed was super comfy, and the room was really clean. Breakfast was good and the dining area felt nice and welcoming. Only hiccup was when they accidentally charged us for smoking, but they cleared it up quickly. Overall, I’d recommend it.

The check-in process felt a bit off. The front desk staff seemed annoyed, which made me a bit uncomfortable. My room looked clean initially, clean bedding, and comfortable bed. However, I noticed some issues with the bathroom. The shower had a lingering bad smell, and there were hairs in the sink. I didn’t feel like asking to switch rooms due to the initial interaction, so I stayed in the unpleasant situation. The breakfast was decent, but some items weren’t stocked very well, leaving limited options. On a positive note, the checkout staff were friendly, which helped salvage an overall not-so-great experience. I wanted to reach out about my concerns, but I didn’t find a way to provide feedback afterward.

The Hampton Inn Indianapolis Nw/Zionsville is beautifully decorated, with inviting common areas and easy accessibility features that made my stay very comfortable. The staff was attentive and ensured everything was well-maintained, contributing to a lovely atmosphere.

I was particularly appreciative of the exceptional housekeeping efforts by Jen, who handled an issue left by a previous guest promptly.
